Description: MVA w/Entrapment

1624hrs-OC911 alerting Pine Bush for the MVA with possible extrication needed.

1626hrs-Pine Bush Car-1 en-route. OC911 advising possible heavy entrapment. Car-1 advising approx 01 out.

1645hrs-OC911 advising PB Car-1 to let EMS know that LifeNet has accepted the mission and has a 10 minute ETA if need be.

1651hrs-Car-1 requesting a launch of the Medevac, OC911 advising they will get an updated ETA.

1653hrs-OC911 alerting Bullville; mutual-aid request to Pine Bush to set-up an LZ at County Route 48 and Route 302.

- Bullville Car-2 en-route. OC911 advising of a 10 minute ETA for LifeNet-75, crew is boarded and waiting for liftoff, ground contact will be Pine Bush LZ Command.

1656hrs-Bullville E252 en-route to set-up the LZ.

1659hrs-As per Bullville Car-2, the LZ has been changed, OC911 advising that the Medevac has a (6) minute ETA and they will advise them of the new coordinates.

1701hrs-Bullville E252 on location at the LZ.

1702hrs-OC911 advising Pine Bush command that the LZ has been moved to IAO of #712 Rt. 302.

1706hrs-Pine Bush LZ Command advising that LifeNet-75 is on the ground.

1717hrs-Pine Bush LZ Command advising that LifeNet-75 is off the ground and en-route to Westchester Medical Center. Bullville units taking up and returning to quarters.

1725hrs-As per Pine Bush Car-1, Pine Bush units in the process of picking-up.

1744hrs-All Pine Bush units back in quarters, in service.
