1515hrs-OC911dispatching Monroe for the reported working structure fire, 11 Mountain Rd. Kyras Joel units on scene advising working fire.

1518hrs-Woodbury Chief advising he is on scene with multiple trailers fully involved with no water source, suggesting Tankers be called.

1539hrs-OC911 conducting a status-check. 36-15 advising (2) lines in operation, interior operations, requesting (1) Engine from S. Blooming Grove to the scene and (1) Engine to stand-by at KJFD.

1545hrs-36-15 requesting (1) Engine from Salisbury Mills to the scene. All incoming units to stage and have their manpower walk into the scene.

1546hrs-36-15 requesting additional FAST to the scene.

- OC911 alerting Washingtonville; FAST to the scene in Monroe.

1549hrs-OC911 alerting Goshen; (1) Engine to re-locate to KJFD.

1550hrs-Command requesting all members to evacuate the structure.

- OC911 sounding the evacuation tones.

1551hrs-Washingtonville's FAST responding.

1555hrs-OC911 alerting Cornwall; request for their pumper/tanker to re-locate to Woodbury FD.

1634hrs-OC911 conducting a status-check. Command advisng they still have active fire, multiple lines in operation.

1649hrs-OC911 conducting a status check. Command advising bulk of the fire is knocked down, overhaul in progress, OC911 can discontinue the status checks.
