Description: 2 car MVA w/ Pin. Tools in operation. Van was initially on Schroeder St, reported for suspicious activity, and a marked PD unit was checking on it and attempted to stop it after getting a hit for being stolen.The stolen van failed to comply and was traveling northbound on Warburton past Arthur St when it crashed into a civilian vehicle traveling southbound. Several pinned. Sedan driver was DOA, 2 from the van being pursued were transported in critical condition by Empress EMS to Westchester Medical Center
