  11. Heres a thought... dont put yourself in a situation where a police officer would draw a taser or firearm on you. Then you wont have to worry about being killed. Just my 2 cents.

    How about add more ambulances on the road instead of cutting firehouses and medic units. Call me crazy but having multiple medic units responding to more than 9000 calls a year is horrible. Dont get me wrong though i think Philly needs to find a way to cut down on the BS calls like every other major city out there.

    I applied for reciprocity from NJ to NY. I was denied because they said I havent taken a state test in the last 3 years. I just did my recert at the end of 2008 but here in the good ole state of NJ we dont take a state test to recert. So with my letter from NY I was told I have to take a recert class in NY and I can get a NY card through reciprocity. I am a little confused and I am hoping someone can help me because I am clueless. Where can I take these classes? How long are they? Who would I talk to to get enrolled? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
  20. why only essex union and hudson counties? why not just open it up to everyone. what about black people in morris or bergen county or the whole state. where will it stop. i dont understand why just those counties. i wonder if this is going to have an effect on all agencies who have residency requirements. there are only a couple who are open up to county residents. the reqirements are there for a reason though.
