  4. I just finished the hiring process for this agency. List # 56 ON Exam 8323. Has anyone else completed the hiring process? I'm just waiting for the call.

  6. To All Battalion 4 Members (Dutchess County), The Wassaic Fire Company will be hosting a Lifenet helicopter class at the Wassaic Fire House at 1830 hrs on Wednesday April 27, 2011. The helicopter (Lifenet Air 2) will land at approx. 1900 hrs (Weather permitting). Topics will include a physical tour of the helicopter, proper utilization of air medical transport and establishing a safe and appropriate landing zone as well as a (30) minute power-point presentation . All battalion 4 members and members in surrounding towns may attend.

  8. Thank you Mark, Mark truely if it was not for you I would have never entered the fire company. You were the one who talked me into re-joining and I am so glad you did. Helping people is something that I love to do. I also found that EMS is something that i am pretty good at doing. Thank you to Dick Lamay (Rescue Squad Chief 69-8) and Mary Ann Lamay (1st LT Rescue Squad 69R1) for believing in me and giving me the oppurtunity to help my community. Mark thank you again.
  9. It was definetly a mess. I was the first rescue squad member to arrive on the scene. I was very suprised that the patient in the car had no injuries. She was very lucky. Very nice pictures Mark.
  10. I was a Putnam County Sheriff Cadet for about (5) years and I did numerous ride alongs (Approx. 250 hrs). Putnam county is located just Notrth of Westchester County. If you are interested you can call the Putnam County Sheriff's Office and ask for a Cadet Advisor.
