  1. What version number of the CenCom Gold software are you using?
  2. Spring Hill Ambulance in Rockland has been remounting since before I can remember. They operate five ambulances, so it might not be an issue that one is out of service at a time. http://www.springhillems.org
  3. I normally don't comment on many things, but this is one I feel quite strongly about. It is my opinion that turnout gear should not be worn while driving. As previously stated, the tight quarters of some of the apparatus and all of the gear we are required to carry in our turnouts can simply get in the way of properly operating the apparatus. Once at the scene of the emergency, absolutely should the turnout gear be worn.
  4. Being that I have not had first hand experience with a PUC, I can only speculate that it might be a standard option.
  5. The PUC features "pump and roll" capability.
  6. The combination of decent wattage bulbs and small reflector assemblies creates too much heat for LED hide-aways.
  7. If it is a remote head radio? If so, try confirming that the control head cable didn't become disconnected. One other thing I'd look at is that the radio is still getting power at the main two pin connector, found at the rear of the transmitter.
  8. Mobile Fleet out of Orangeburg, NY
  9. They either have a Star arrow, or Whelen, depending on the install. The image of the Charger above has the Star, the Crown Vic has the Whelen.
  10. With the new lightbars comes a new siren. Sorry to say it isn't the Touchmaster.
  11. We need at least 2 to roll, and we are allowed to respond directly to a scene. I believe that the truck went through a minor refurbishment a few years ago. They are in the planning stages to replace this truck. Affirm.
  12. I was referring to E221 with the LEDs not the ALF.
  13. The Aerodynamic bars appear to be LED in the clear sections with rotators under the red domes. I can confirm that this was a demo package that was being used as an evaluation for future equipment.
  14. The lightbars are custom made for ALF by Whelen. They can have any combination of rotators, halogen scene lights, LED's or strobes.
  15. Check out this link for track blueprints that show the location of Track 61: Abandoned Stations: Grand Central Terminal, Waldorf-Astoria platform
