Its always something with that department. Kid touching in the fire house, Gas down the drain, Fighting at fire scenes,current assistant chief who is a convicted felon and now an arsonist. When will it stop there? Its a sad day for the fire service and another black eye for it given by Sleepy Hollow FD again!!

Frequency: Units Operating:Car 1, Car 2, Car 6, Eng. 1, Rescue 1, Eng. 2, Eng. 3, KACH Ambulance, Mobil Life (ALS), Highland Falls F.D.West Point Military Police Description Of Incident:WPFD dispatched to a report of a person in a ragging creek off Lee Rd. 11:57 Car 2 on scene reporting one youth in the water. Car 2 reports rope rigging needed to lower rescures over steep hill to Creek/victim. 11:58 Eng. 1 Rescue 1 on scene setting up ropes. 12:00 Eng 2 on scene,Command directs Eng 3 to target hill area advising to enter from that direction. 12:10 Eng 3 advises unable to make rescue from there side water moving to fast, to much distance between them and the victim. 12:15 E-2 officer report rope rigging in place and ready.12:18 1st rescue lowerd down. 12:24 1 st rescuer makes contact with victim, Confirms 1 female youth in water holding onto a rock, calls for 2nd rescuer. 12:33 Rescuer 1 advised command he has entered water and made succesful grab and has victim on shore with him, minor injuries. Rescuer request hall team to hall rescuer and victim up the hill. 12:43 victim and rescuer back on top of hill, victim turned over to EMS. Writer:
