Weather Conditions: Cold, rain, sleet, snow.
Description Of Incident: MVA w/Pin
Reporters:
Writer: BFD1054
1940hrs-Dept. 22 dispatched for the Signal-20; request for the jaws.

1941hrs-22-3 responding.

1943hrs-44-Control advising as per the PD, negative injuries, however subject unable to get out of vehicle.

1945hrs-22-3 on the scene, establishing command.

1957hrs-22-Command transmitting the Signal-11 (u/c).

2008hrs-22-Command advising Signal's 14 & 15 (in service/returning).
