BRIDGEPORT -- A Norwalk man was tracked down and ticketed by police after he allegedly failed to yield to a fire truck rushing to a fire in the North End.

Fire Capt. Michael Caldaroni told police that about 12:15 p.m. Tuesday firefighters in the Ladder 5 truck were headed north on their way to a fire reported at 45 Guilford Drive when they came up behind a white pickup truck that "refused to pull over," according to the police report on the incident....
