I found this on the Ferrara website. They claim to be making a medium duty rescue on a Freightliner chassis for the FDNY. Could these be new TAC units?

What units do they run with 4wd? There is a partial answer.

The last time I was on their website they actually had the unit type of that rig listed as TAC, so I'm gonna go with yes.
