Maybe they realize that there are plenty of Tower Ladders in the area if they need them for the "big ones" and the 75' ladder is just fine for the majority of runs they do. if so good job.

Considering Thornwood, Valhalla, Pleasantville and Elmsford all have Tower Ladders we have no need to replace it with another Tower Ladder. Spin the wheel pretty much nailed it.
