Description Of Incident: Working fire in a 4-story 25x60 brick store and dwelling. 10-75 transmitted by Engine 280 @ 04:24. 4 L/S/O. 2 Tower Ladders in operation. Heavy fire on 3 floors. Companies were removed from the fire building due to the collapse of three floors. Air Re-Con Chief was utilized to monitor the stability of the fire building and exposures from above. Extension to the cockloft of exposures 2 & 2a (both similar attached). Primary and secondary searches of the exposures completed and negative. Searched of the fire building were completed from the outside due to structural collapse and instability of the fire building. 4th alarm transmitted for relief purposes. Further structural collapse of the original fire building occurred after the 4th alarm was transmitted. A special call "FAST" truck was called in for the additional collapse. Staging location was Washington Avenue & Eastern Parkway. Fire called U/C @ 07:20.
