Description Of Incident: 5 critical patients as result of MVA

Tivoli report of MVA Priority 1, w/ 2 patients unconscious and vehicle smoking

Re-dispatch, 3 ALS units to scene

Request to put Helicopter on standby

66-1 on scene

13:11 66-13 to scene with manpower, 2nd dispatch for 66-71, also Red hook 58-71 and Mobil Life with a full ALS unit from Kingston to to the scene, also Rhinebeck 59-71 to go on standby

13:12 F/G 5/6 assigned, 66-71 responding

13:13 59-71 on standby

13:14 Alamo with a full ALS unit to scene

66-1 request for more manpower tones

13:14 18 min ETA for Air 2, 66-13 responding, Alamo Medic 17 responding

13:16 66-1 requests ambulances ETAs, 58-71 (2nd dispatch), 59-71 (now to scene), Rhinecliff 61-71 all to scene

13:18 County Car 11 responding

report given to CC 11 - 5 victims all serious, MCI in effect

Rt 9G closed

13:20 Milan 48-71 relocate to Red Hook, West Clinton 71-71 to go on standby in quarters

13:22 3rd dispacth for Red Hook 58-71

13:23 58-71 driver alone, Air 2 11 min ETA

13:24 Air 2 checks LZ location

13:25 58-71 now going on standby in their quarters

13:30 66-1 reports extrication done 5 min ago, CC 11 on scene, 71-71 on standby

13:33 Air 2 and 66-1 begin communication on Command 3 due to complications with other channel

Mobil Life 261 on standby on Rt 199

13:34 1 min ETA for Air 2

13:38 Alamo Medic 17 on scene

NDP Medics 72 and 199 also working on scene
