15:15 City fire dispatched to a basement fire

15:18 City 911 reports PD on the scene heavy smoke from basement and upper floors

15:21 Command reports a 10-75

Fire in the basement with extension to 1st floor. FD had knocked down main body of fire and was checking for extension when basement lit up again. A shift callback was requested and then a 2nd alarm was requested.. Fire was knocked down again.

Red cross requested to the scene for 12 people.
