Blocking traffic until arrival of PC units. PCFD Rescue 40 with tools in operation for (1) male pinned.

Date: 3/1/05 Time: 2000 to 0037 Location: Purchase Street @ Railroad Bridge Frequency: 46.260 Units Operating: 2421/2/3, E191, U39, Rye PD, MTA PD, United Wrecking Description Of Incident: Overturned McDonald's Tractor Trailer Writer: 242steve 2000: Rye FD toned out Minor Alarm for E191. E191, 2421, 2 and 3 responding. After arriving on scene, 2421 requests additional tones for Utility 39 (Lights) For approximately 3 hours, Rye Firefighters along with United Wrecking employees unloaded 3400 boxes of cold and frozen McDonald's food items, which were transferred via forklift to another trailer. Around 0000 hours, the truck was righted. Rye units 10-8 from the scene at 0037. Note: The posted "safe" height of the railroad bridge is 10'-9". It is unknown how the truck flipped, but the trailer had clearly slammed into the bridge. Pictures will be submitted ASAP.

Writer: 242steve, stickdaroof approx 1600 - Rye PD officers (on land) and Rye Marina Supervisor (in boat) operating on scene. approx 1615 - WCPD Air 3 en route from County Airport 1630 - Rye FD toned out for Engine 192, Ladder 25 and "Rescue Boat" (14' aluminum boat) 1635 - Rye PD reports woman extracted. 1636 - All Rye FD units going 10-8 Note: Rye FD Fire Boat 3 is O.O.S. during winter months.

Date: 1-19-05 Time: Approx 1300 Location: North St and Harrison Ave IFO St. Vincent's Frequency: 46.260, 33.960, 155.895 Description Of Incident: MVA w/ Injuries and Reported Extrication Writer: 242steve Approx 1300: Harrison PD, VAC and FD (Engine 12) responded to an MVA with reported Extrication in front of St. Vincent's Hospital at North St and Harrison Ave. Harrison PD immediately reported one patient coding on scene, and requested HVAC to expedite their response. Apparently this was Car vs. Telephone pole, the pole was destroyed and Con Ed was notified. 15:13- Engine 12 still operating at scene.
