Pace University football player Danroy "D.J." Henry was legally drunk, with a .13 blood alcohol level, when he was shot dead by police while driving through a parking lot early Sunday, a law enforcement source told The Journal News this afternoon.

A couple witnesses who were with him that night have said the 20-year-old was the designated driver at the time and had not been drinking. The blood alcohol results from the Westchester Medical Examiner's Office, which conducted the autopsy, contradicts that claim. The legal limit for blood alcohol content when driving in New York is .08.

I love how one of the stupid college girls who was interviewed (age 20) states that " when i walked out of the bar there was a cop shooting at our friend" first of b**** your 20 what the hell are you doing in a bar........... second you were probably drunk.

With all due respect to the last couple of posts, how many times have I (just as a regular poster) asked you guys to step up and help out just a little bit? There was the "rep point" thing, who gets to 100. big deal I did. What did I say? Shout out to some of the great posters, and an individual plea to help the guy keep the site up.

Now that he's drag a** beat up, beat down, at the bottom with the baloney, a hate group (which is a joke really), has a new family to think of.....now you wanna step up with a donation. It had to come to this? It's freaking degrading for a man that has done so much to create one of the best emergency services forums around. I have seen the posts, i really wanted to donate but due to doctor co pays, car payments, car inusrance and reg cell bills ect,I havnt been able too plus being 22 and not making big time money makes it even more difficult. Im sorry for letting the site members and seth down .

Damn i love this site! It has offerd so much information. Im pretty bumed about this, how much is needed to run it through nov and december?? I will be willing to donate (i have never before due to lack of funds myself) but in a situation like this id be down to donate.

I have wonderd this for some time, so i will ask. Why does SFFD not wear full turn out gear while fighting fires? In more videos than just this one i have seen FF's without bunkers pants inside burning structures. Anyone want to offer some insight?

An announcement about why Newscorp pulled fox5 and my9 comes up, and small details about the kind of money they want. In addition they show a website you can go to to request newcorp to at least put fox and my 9 back on during the negotiations.

The other networks such as FX, Fox News channel,ect still work. I don't believe they are owned by newscorp.

This is where 95% of the population gets it wrong. HID's only blind the hell out of people when they are installed wrong and/or are not installed into a projector housing.

The apparatus above has a nice projector setup.

I belive they are running one bus for Mohegan. Its a step in the right direction and deffff long over due. Im happy to see the public has finally been put close to first.

The trucks get dispatched to all medical jobs, 10-13's (accidents with injuries/extracations) animal jobs, burglary in progress jobs (building searches) and search warrants that are executed by officers on the spot, and not by the warrant squad.

ESU just got a building dedicated to them and K9, so they keep all the trucks there. I doubt it will be on normal patrol, but available for use if needed

Looks pretty damn comfortable. id like to try one out when they become more available. Id also like to here what the guys who tested it have to say.
