  1. MVA Northbound on the Taconic by the ramp for 9A. Trooper was there for another a vehicle needing a tow and a another vehicle rear ended the trooper who hit the disabled car. On scene were NYSP, Mt Pleasant Police, Briarcliff Fire and EMS. Road has just been reopened at 1950.
