That Albany Engine is really nice. It's going to see a lot of work in Albany....how many years do they get out of it? Is it true that there was only one bidder on Ardsley's engine? How can you know you're getting the best price with only one bidder?

What about the departments who put into their specs that requires the dealer should provide airfare, lodging, meals, and incidentals for 3 separate trips to the factory? Given Armonk is a relatively slow system, how experienced are WEMS EMT's as opposed to EMT's of Transcare and Empress? How was WEMS picked for this, and how does Armonk compensate them? Does Armonk have a say in which WEMS EMT's will be assigned there?
