  1. Katonah carries a full set of high pressure airbags,

    a large assortment of composite cribbing,

    and a set of 4 Res-Q-Jacks with all of the parts that go with them.

    we have used our ram to lift different things as well.

    We almost never use the airbags on a scene though. all of this equipment is on Rescue 17.


  2. We did get verry lucky... not a drop of rain :D:) but not a great turnout. Alot of the departments didnt show :( or they didnt bring the whole department for some reason or another. unfortunatly a little boy got hit by a car right next to the parade route. :( katonah fire department, and Katonah- Bedford VAC reponded extreamly quickly. I think he just got off with a broken arm and some bruises.

    Over all it was a great and dry parade and all of the departments did great

  3. Are they going to get there parade in?  Is the 2006 parde season cursed?  First Montrose, then us in Pleasantville now they are calling for rain on Wed.  Good luck hope you get the same window I did and WE WILL be there!

    ill be there rain or shine... but i would rather shine! :P
