    From what I understand Vails Gate did the same as Walden and did not attend due to the lack of qualified drivers. Both departments are strictly following the CDL Law, and since this was not an emergency all apparatus drivers were required to have the licenses. To my knowledge we are the only two departments in the county with such policies.

    Description Of Incident: Nyack and Piermont FD dispatched for a 24' vessel taking on water with 3 subjects in the boat. Tarrytown Fireboat 5 reported they located the boat and has all 3 subjects aboard. My department was on stand by for Nanuet due to the parade.

    Im not sure if they are going to replace it. There was no trailer for it. The trailer your are thinking about is the one for the new Zodiac at station 1. This boat came from station and there is no trailer for it. When ever they get called for a boat rescue they always throw it on top of the 4 inch and strap it down. Like billy98988 man made objects arent perfect and s*** does happen.
