hi i'm tom and although I am not a firefighter(not old enough) I have grown up around the fire department my dad was a chief in carmel the neighboring department of where im an explorer (lake Carmel) and i used to go with him to calls when he was 12-1-1 but i haven't decided where i'm gonna join lake carmel or carmel . I'm really into L.E.D's and appuratus and basically everything to do with the fire department.

11:10 patient reported to be lying in roadway w/possible head injuries

11:11 reports coming in that he drifted into lane of tractor trailer and possibly run over and he is still lying in road

what ever happened to the hess trucks being firetrucks those were cool

it seems like everytime you turn around the media is forming a bad image of firefighters wether it's volunteer's or paid and i don't like that i kinda take offence to that .

yeah i didn't really know the specifics but i knew it was something like that the dispatches are one every minute for three minutes before mutual aid i think

union vale has 2of them 67-71 a 1997 ford and 67-72 a 2002 ford the also have a 05 ford rescue from sutphen 67-51

roosevelt also has one 6371 and arlington has one here is some pics of all of them .

i know yorktown isn't in putnam i was just replying to where the nearest stick could come from if a putnam department needed one .

carmel had to something like this once but only a bird was stuck up in a tree with it's owner

no it's not really a new thing during the day not alot of people are around but the medics cover the call before going mutual aid from like 9-5 monday through friday

that's okay they are brand new so that's why i asked if anybody had any pics of them yet

does anybody have any pics of carmel's new 12-8-2 or their 12-1-2?

yorktown has a stick if you needed it you could call for theirs but the towers are fine

the silver and red one looks okay and the ladder looks pretty good but the one on the top is just horrible that sucks that they won't make the dash anymore though that was deffinatly my favorite model.
