I really can't see them holding up in the conditions that they are going to be put through. There is not the best acceleration in the world, and you hop one curb and trash the electric motor, that will be an expensive fix.

Congrats to the Yonkers 11. These guys are a shining example of loyalty. I know for a fact that there were many job offers on the table for these guys, but they wanted to wait it out. Bout time Yonkers got their heads out of their arses...

if it is a small body, and the damage to the vehicle is that severe, it is really not that difficult to see that a body was missed. We have all had those jobs where the person's car was a collier's mansion. Take that into account and someone that wasn't wearing their seatbelt.

I am not justifying missing the body, but it is a possibility. There will definitely be a lawsuit, if they can prove that there might have been even a slight chance that the victim was alive, or had a chance to be resuscitated.

The other 600 he refers to, are probably just cops on the street. The rest might be in house staff

background checks take a long time to complete. I am sure before the academy is finished someone's skeletons in their closet are going to fall out. They will either be asked to leave, or they will get a shiny new pair of bracelets for an active warrant. I can't tell you how many stories I have heard of people getting locked up in the academy (both fire and police).

I heard over Pville PD scanner that a Thornwood Chief was on scene confirming a structure fire, and Pville originally only sent 1 and 1, is that standard procedure for Pville?
