Time: 1415hrs

Location: 220 Osgood Ave X Fairway Ave

Description Of Incident: Fire 6th floor of a 6-story 200X60 OMD.

Writer: Truck4

1424hrs- B-21 transmitting 2nd Alarm for fire on 6th floor with multiple 10-45's. Fire was out windows on 6th floor on arrival. L-81 was FAST, went to work. L-83 S/C for new FAST.
