City of Syracuse Firefighter Exam

Onondaga County Civil Service is holding a firefighter exam on June 3, 2006. Application Deadline is 4/26/2006. The list is going to be used for the City of Syracuse, DeWitt Fire District, Town of Tully, and Village of Manlius.

Syracuse has a city residency requirement.

DeWitt, Tully and Manlius all prefer Paramedic Certification. Of the 29 positions in the three Departments only 4 are not Paramedics. DeWitt has 1 Captain and the other 3 are all Heavy Equipment and Diesel Mechanics.
