14:12-Car 1 arriving and establishing command at upper lot.

14:15-Command reports building evacuated and clear. Have isolated leak and in process of ventelating. Request for the rescue to scene.

14:17-R5 enroute.

14:21-command request Fire marshal to scene.

14:28-Fire Marshal unable to respond, requesting Darien Fire Marshal.
