Description Of Incident:As of 0600hrs this morning OFPC has activated the State wide Fire mobilization and mutual aid plan. There are over ten counties from herkimer and montgomery in the north to delaware in the south and cortland in the west to ulster/greene in the east. Large portions of I-88 are washed out along with a section of the State Thruway east of utica that is closed. Delaware and Herkimer counties are unaccessable. Requests for mutual aid are still being taken and fulfilled at this time.
