Location:Main St.(RT.159) near Bridge ST.

Units Operating: Windsor Locks and Multiple Hartford County Task Forces.

Description Of Incident: Heavy fire in multiple comm. mills 300 x 1000. Units on scene drafting out of the canal due to low water pressure in hydrants.

1900hrs- Fire now 4th Alarm, still with heavy fire and the bldgs. starting to collapse
