Frequency:

Units Operating: Brewster 11-2-5, Danbury E21, E22, volly tanker12 (Mill Plain)

Description Of Incident: Tractor trailer rolled over onto its side into median. Heavy fire in tractor engine while driver escaped through his roof at ground level.

Heavy traffic congestion all morning.
