Location: Route 6 Just East of Old Route 6

Frequency: 46.38...others

Units Operating: 12-1-1, 2-3, 6-1, 31-7-2, 11-7-1, medic 3,CPD,17-7-1 stby in qtrs

Description Of Incident: 4 vehicle chain reaction crash...4 patients total...all 4 transported bls to Putnam hospital via carmel and brewster ambulances
