Further investigation found 2 breakers to the central AC unit in the attic tripped and the unit itself burned. Moderate fire damage was observed around the unit and structural supports were charred. Fire was already self-extinguished and search for extensions was initiated. Building was ventilated and attic was wet down with a water can to extinguish any hot spots.
