1719hrs- 3rd PCT units in pursuit out of Nodine Hill of vehicle reportedly occupied by (2) male blacks armed with guns.

1724hrs- Pursuit out Yonkers Ave to Midland Ave to Cross County Parkway Westbound, ramming a YPD unit and then crashing into gaurdrail at rear of old Yonkers Motor Inn.

1726hrs- (1) in custody on Parkway. Second black male has fled into woods. Numerous units to set up perimeter from Saw Mill Pkway Northbound to Yonkers Ave.

1738hrs- Vehicle is fully involved. PD reporting rounds of ammunition going off in burning car. B-2 advixing units to stay away from vehicle.

1750hrs- Units have perimeter established. ESU staging in hotel parking lot. ESU supervisor enroute. YPD K-9 #1 enroute. WCPD Bloodhound enroute. MTA K-9 unit O/S. WCPD Aviation conducting search.

1815hrs- WCPD Aviation landing at Tibbetts Park to wait out storm passing to south. Saw Mill Pkway closed southbound at Palmer Rd. and Northbound at city line. Cross County Pkway closed in both directions.

1845hrs- YPD ESU entering woods w/K-9 unit to begin search. PD has recovered weapons from burned out vehicle and magazines to weapon not accounted for.

1940hrs- YPD K-9 has tracked perp through woods and has found his shirt. Req. WCPD bloodhound to start track from shirt.

2005hrs- ESU has (1) in custody approx. 150 feet from Yonkers Ave in woods. WCPD bloodhound followed hit to perp.
