As far as i know, yonkers esu was called before dobbs ferry. My problem is, why would a yonkers cop call there own esu in? There are plenty of other people that can do the same job they did and that are a lot closer. If this accident happened farther up on the Saw Mill, would the yonkers cop still call there ESU in. I think that this was wrong to do. There are plenty of people that are there to help who were closer. I think that if you are out of your reponse area, you should have no right to call your own apperatus in, let the proper people know. Yes, you should stop and help if needed but also, don't take everything into your own hands.
