i got a new scanner for my truck and want to take my old one and program things like stamford but also hoping to do bedford and that area could i get it to reach/ get there freq's its a radio shack pro 2050

anyone good at programing those??

well, if you are talking about bedford PD, we have been able to get that from NJ before! It seems asthough you need to be pritty close to stanford to get them, i live in bedford hills, about 15 to 20 mins away and i cant get them even with my discone. so, it really depends where you will be driving and where you live.
