White Plains-Mount Pleasant PD-11-10-06?

Hey. I hope I'm posting in the right place. This is probably nothing, but, earlier today, I was heading up to Mount Kisco by train, I spotted two City of White Plains PD Motorcycles and a Cruiser headed towards the Bronx River Parkway. Passing Valhalla, I saw the same Car with responding Code 3 (lights and siren, I hope that's still the right term). What happened or was it a nothing? Thanks, just curious, figgered this was the right place to ask.
