Any other word on this?

I was sitting in my firehouse and happened to hear the "palisades parkway" on the scanner so I perked up. Lifeguard 12 out of Colonie was being dispatched and their dispatcher was advising there were already 3 birds on scene and Statflight Air-1 was being sent back to the scene for a second patient. Also apparently a number of pediatric patients.

Units Operating: Woodbury FD, Woodbury VAC, Fort Montgomery FD, Town of Highlands VAC, Kiryas Joel VAC, Tuxedo VAC, Mobile Life Support, STAT Flight AIR-1, Atlantic Air-1(NJ), Life Guard 18, Orange Co. 3615

Description Of Incident: Serious MVA w/ ejection, & multiple serious injuries. Cmd. advising multiple children involved.

Pts. transported to Westchester Med. Ctr., St. Luke's, Cornwall, Arden Hill, and Good Samaritan Hospitals.

Transfers: Harriman 1 Eng, & Monroe 1 Rescue s/b @ Woodbury FD

Writer: 201/65

VERY SAD.... I hear of at least one fatality which may or may not have

been a child.

Sad to say fatality was a 3 y/o child may the child RIP

Very sad indeed. I saw the story that ch. 4 nbc did on it unreal. Did anyone catch the type of car that was that split apart?

Where is Atlantic Air 1 out of?

-NUMEROUS CRITICAL PATIENTS

-3 Y/O DEAD
