I thought Yorktown only had two medics? Where di 34M3 come from? Empress Supervisor?

The Yorktown Medic Truck is set up for 3 Medics and an off duty yorktown medic is volunteering for YVAC or Mohegan they can put Medic 3 into service. It it not staffed on a regular basis.
