Description Of Incident: On Duty Parking Enforcement officer robbed and assaulted. Taken was a police portable radio, and numerous ticket books. Wanted in connection is one (1) Male black, with dread locks, and one (1) female black, with Red/Blonde hair, wearing a black jacket. Suspects fled in a green Saturn with Maryland plates heading North on North Ave.
