Location: 11 Parkway West (Between East Devonia Avenue & Ridgeway Street)

Frequency: 154.145

Units Operating: Battalion 3; Engines 2, 4, 6; Ladders 2 & 3, Rescue 1

Description Of Incident: Dispatched for fire underneath rear porch. Battalion 3 reports smoke from structure. "10-26" transmitted, using E4 as the FAST. Fire K/D short while later.
