A Police Officer was killed in Prairie View, Texas on Sunday, when hisFord Crown Victoria was parked along the shoulder of a highway and struck from behind by a pickup truck. Officer Christopher Sobieski, 39 had been watching for speeders and drunk drivers when the tragic accident occured. Police are currently awaiting results of a blood-alcohol test on the uninjured truck driver. At this time I have no info as to funeral/burial arrangements. RIP, Officer Sobieski, our thoughts and prayers to your friends and family.
