Description Of Incident:

Millwood Fd dispatched for Vehicle Vs. Bicycle with stat flight on standby. Upon arrival found victim conscious and alert with a fractured leg. Statflight was told they could stand down and victim was transported ALS to WMC by Chappaqua ambulance.
