Description Of Incident: At approximately 1557 hours, a Metro-North train with 3 or 4 coaches derailed along the Waterbury branch line, a quarter-mile north of the Devon switching station. No injuries reported so far, State Police and FBI have ruled out foul play, line is shut down right now pending further investigation and possibility of track repair.
