Description Of Incident: Heavy fire 2nd floor into attic and through the roof of a large 2-frame OMD.

23:20: White Plains Dispatch for possible structure fire at 208 West Post Road, reported second floor of an apartment building

23:21: White Plains PD on location confirming working fire, report as "blowing out second floor"

23:22: Engine 65, 66, 70, Ladder 32, Tower Ladder 6 responding, Car 2512 on location reporting two story wood frame apartment building with heavy fire on the second floor

23:24: Command requesting Rescue 88 crew to front of the structure to begin searches, Engine 66 on the hydrant

23:25: Aerial operations, lay to Ladder 32, request notification to Public Safety and ConEd to the scene

23:26: Tower Ladder 6 on location, crew to report to the front of the structure

23:27: Engine 71 and Ladder 34 relocated to Station 6

23:31: Rescue 88 crew proceeding to second floor, sending in back-up line through the front door, setting up ladder pipe to the front ("fog" pattern through second floor window)

23:40: Rescue 88 continuing searches at this time, 60-Control relocating apparatus to White Plains

23:42: Hartsdale Tower Ladder 15, Farview Engine relocating to Station 2, Greenville relocating Engine to Station 6

23:43: Command update to interior crews fire is now showing through the roof on the "B" side, moving a line into the attic

23:47: Incoming apparatus to switch to Fire 19, White Plains relocating Engine to the scene, Ladder 32 is flowing to the third floor

23:50: All units to exit the building and return to the command post, Engine 67 on the scene, Engine 175 relocated

00:00: Accountability check on scene is complete, still awating ConEd representative, Building Department to the scene

00:28 Hartsdale Tower Ladder 15 sent to Fire Scene.

00:33 HFD TL15 working , Extended operation -water supply by WP Engine.

01:12 Progress Report - Lines still in operation , All hands working , Con Ed arrived to disconnect power.

0200hrs- Co's still have pockets of fire, shutting down master streams. Buildings Dept. rep advising 2nd floor appears unstable to re-enter.
