Aparantly driver drove off the road for unknown reason and rolled vehicle into about 10 feet of water. Victim was rescued by LCFD members, and transported to Putnam Hospital with 17-71 and P.C. Medic 4..

Mahopac Falls Dive Team conducted a search, no other victims where found.
