Unusual Odor At Department Store

Description: Recieved call of from local Wal-Mart that several employees and customers have been over-come due to a strong odor in the fabric and shoe dept.

Upon arrival met by several workers and employess evacuating store coughing and in resp distress.

Units Responding - Manchester Fire - Engine 4, Truck 49, 3 Units from Clay County EMS, Manchester Police Dept, Kentucky State Police.

Upon arrival started immediate ventliation of store, and made sure store was competely evacutated. Units were unable to locate anything in the locations, several mos c/o sore throat,

Units ventliated and was not able to smell or find any visable problems.

Units will be responding back @ 21:00 hrs to check the store again with meters.
