Incident: Arson Fire / Fatal Dogs & Cats

approx 04:00 Street "Pull Box" in the village of Elmsford activated near Teamsters Hall.

Elmsford PD & FD find fire showing from the Animal Shelter in Greenburgh - Fairview FD responds.

Joint work to save many cats and dogs from flames. Cause suspicious - arrest made.
