Description Of Incident: Call received via Rockland 911 of a 20 ft vessel that struck rocks north of Croton Point Park. Air-2 located vessel adrift off of Oscawana Park. Marine-4 towed vessel with 3 POB to George's Island. Vessel sustained extensive damage to lower unit.
