Stabbing in Dover (Dutchess) - 7-19-08?

Does anyone have any info on the stabbing that occurred at the carnival grounds on 7/19/08??

If this is the same incident I heard STAT giving WMC, it sounded pretty severe. I believe they had a victim with multiple slash wounds to the neck.

Dover went to St Francis. Not sure how bad it was. I dont belive it is life threatning
