The New York Jets have acquired quarterback Brett Favre from the Green Bay Packers, the team announced in a statement early on Thursday morning.

As a Giants fan, I didn't really care where he went, although I did always like him becasue he was a quiet player you never really heard much of... I have to say though after the last month or so I was so sick of hearing about Brett Favre I didn't even want to turn the TV on. But atleast its another great player coming into the NYC area I might even go see a Jets game now... in GIANTS stadium
