Location: Kensico Reservior, 0.5 miles North of Kensico Dam enterance (Westlake Drive) on Rte 22

Units Operating: DEP PD, DEP Special Operations, DEP Hazmat, DEP Marine Units, North Castle PD/ESU, Stiloski's Boom Heavy Wrecker and Flat Bed

Description Of Incident: Suspicious car found submerged approx in 6ft of water 10 ft off the shoreline, shoreline approx 200 ft from road. It seems no persons found in water, search by DEP divers. As of 1400 Stiloski attempting to retrieve car from 200 ft declined embankment
