YPD 911 with numerous calls of man with gun in street screaming. Description aired. Reports that male fired 1 shot at unknown target. Male fled into 158 Willow u/a of 1st arriving cars. ESU conducted a quick search of same and located the suspect who was positively identified. Short while later ESU located the weapon that was possessed at time of incident. No injuries, 1 under.
